We have a 1 day handling time on all our goods, so orders will be dispatched 2 days from receipt of payment. Some orders will be shipped next day if time permits.
The only exception to this is if we have an issue with our stock levels, and in this case we will contact you to notify you of the delay and offer you a refund. We try our best to ensure we always have stock of our main lines of products, so this is rare.
*Our Freight Calculations Have Changed*
PLEASE NOTE: Due to increases from every facet of our business we are forced to change the way we charge freight.
Sydney: Freight will be charged in Sydney at a Flat Rate of $16.50 including GST.
Rest of Australia: Our freight is charged by the Australia Post calculation method and the cost will be combined depending on the products you have selected.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of you receiving your item. Our main objective here at Top Bubble Packaging is customer service, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or queries.
We can exchange any item, but can only provide refunds on damaged goods or wrongly sent items. Please contact us for more details and we will assist you with any queries you may have.
